He has presented for numerous professional organizations, including the Society of Financial Service Professionals, AICPA, Ohio State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and estate and tax planning institutes.\n\nJim is an Accredited Estate Planner® Distinguished designee and was inducted into the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils Hall of Fame in 2022. He served as national president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals from 2017–2018 and received its Kenneth Black, Jr. Leadership Award in 2019.
