William Goldberg, Esq.
Bill’s business and litigation background forms the basis of his estate and trust litigation practice. He represents beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives in estate litigation involving their rights and obligations under trusts and wills, claims of undue influence, and lack of capacity. He also litigates disputes involving fraudulent conveyances, lifetime transfers, and the removal of fiduciaries.
 

 

 

Bob Kopera, CPA
Bob has over forty years of diversified experience in all aspects of professional tax practice, with concentrations in estates and trusts, tax research, tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, LLC’s, and partnerships. He specializes in estates and trusts, and has worked extensively with business and professionals in a variety of industries on a wide spectrum of tax and business issues.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, DC and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Maryland Association of CPAs, the Association of Practicing CPAs, Washington DC Estate Planning Council, Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals and the Estate Planning Council of Montgomery County Maryland.

Paula Landau, CFP, CTFA
Paula is a Wealth Advisor and Relationship Manager at Chevy Chase Trust. She joined Chevy Chase Trust in 2015 with 20 years of experience in wealth management. Paula is responsible for advising clients in the areas of investment management, financial and estate planning, and trust administration. She oversees the delivery of services to clients and coordinates with their legal, accounting, and other advisors.  Prior to joining Chevy Chase Trust, Paula was a senior advisor serving wealthy individuals at advisory firms based in Maryland. She earned her B.S. at the University of Maryland University College. She is a Certified Financial Planner, a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, and an active member of the D.C. Metro Area Financial Planning Association.
 
Sean McQuarrie, CPA
Sean currently is a Tax Supervisor with E. Cohen, a full-service accounting firm located in Rockville, MD. While he has a diverse background in tax, Sean specializes in tax planning and compliance for high net-worth individuals and their corresponding trust and estate issues. Prior to settling down with his wife and young son in Montgomery County, Sean previously practiced with CPA firms in Sacramento, Atlanta and Boston.
 
Ryan Wilson, Esq. 
Ryan is committed to giving his clients practical advice to help them arrive at the best solution to their problems. He talks with each client to tailor a strategy to meet that client’s unique situation and needs.  Ryan is a policy and legal professional, with over 20 years of experience. He enjoys helping clients protect what matters most to them. Ryan is an active member of the Maryland State and Montgomery County bar associations, and he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
