Membership Meeting | Succession Planning

About the Program
All privately held businesses will transition at some point, either by design or by default. This presentation identifies the key drivers that underlie business dynamics and family dynamics and illustrates a three-pronged approach to designing an integrated business succession plan to align the goals and objectives of the business and the family.
We will discuss some of the current changes in the tax law, as well as strategic opportunities and pre-transaction planning steps to consider in order to optimize the chosen path.
